The European Union (EU) and Japan have signed an Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) at a joint summit in Tokyo on 17 July 2018. The EU-Japan EPA will create an open trade zone with a (gradual) removal of tariff barriers. The agreement is expected to be ratified by the end of 2018 in order to allow for entry into force in the beginning of 2019.

In order to help businesses benefit from the removal of tariff barriers that will result from the EPA as well as the legal opportunities that the EPA will bring forward, Deloitte in cooperation with Dujat and the Embassy of the Netherlands organizes a seminar on this matter. During this seminar we will address both general insights as well as key take-aways that are recommended to consider in anticipation of the EPA. With a well-considered preparation, your company will be able to benefit from the EPA as of the entry into force.

During the seminar our speakers will share their expert opinions and provide you with concrete recommendations. The event will include opportunities for Q&A and networking.
We would be honored to have you in our audience. Please be aware that we only have a limited number of seats available. For that reason we kindly ask you to register as soon as possible.

[Members only! – More information about the programme and speaker can be found on our event website]
