[2017-06-14] Business Outlook under the new Trump Administration – Seminar with Jones Day

Yesterday, our ‘Business Outlook under the new Trump Administration’ seminar took place at the beautiful and impressive Jones Day office in Amsterdam. We gathered with a nice group of interested DUJAT members and got to hear about the current Trump Administration from the perspective of a partner at Jones Day’s Washington Office: Mr. Ray Wiacek.

Unfortunately Ben Ginsberg was unable to perform his speech due to personal reasons, but Ray Wiacek took care of the entire seminar on his own, informing us in detail about both the changing landscape for European and Japanese companies, and the tax policy in the upcoming Trump years. It was very nice to learn about his experience and knowledge, and we thank him for the interesting speech, or how he would rather call it, talk.

Afterwards there was plenty of opportunity to talk with Ray Wiacek, as well as meet with other DUJAT members while enjoying a drink and some delicacies.  Many thanks to Jones Day for co-organizing this wonderful event with us, to our DUJAT members who showed their interest and we look forward to see you next time!
