Job Title / Position Accounting Assistant (A/P, International, part-time )
About the job

You will be responsible to mainly support with the preparation of invoices (Accounts
payable) and supplier’s registrations in the SAP finance system, processing payment
batches, purchase order forms, screening of monthly bank receipts.
The Accounting Assistant reports to the Unit Manager Accounting and you would be part
of a team of 7 colleagues.

• Proactively register, screen and monitor accounting details
• Process documents and information in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders
• Provide administrative accounting support to the Accounting Manager
• Ensure that all necessary invoices are completed, processed, and issued, for the
financial month end closure
• To coordinate & communicate proactively with Team members and external stake
• holders regarding day-to-day operational activities
• Support with collating and preparation of documentation necessary for issuing of
credit notes / cash backs and letters of credit (L/C)

About the employer

Our customer produces machinery and equipment which are being used for many
applications in various industries.


In order to qualify for this versatile and challenging position, required are at least the
following criteria:
• Experienced with Accounts Payable, in an international environment
• Fluency in English and preferably one more European language
• SAP experience is preferred, Power BI is nice to have
• Intermediate or higher vocational (MBO/HBO) accounting education
• Excellent communication skills, teamplayer
• Advanced Excel-skills
