The Deshima Business Awards as they are called, consisting of one award for the large company segment and one award for the small/mid size enterprise segment, are granted biannually by the NCCJ to Dutch companies in recognition of impressive achievements in successful business development in the Japanese market. The judging panel, consisting of representatives from both the Japanese business community and Dutch business community in Japan, will be carefully selected to provide a wealth of professional perspectives.

The Deshima Business Awards aim to recognize those companies that are leading the way in Japan, but also to provide exposure for companies to develop their relations in this market. Entrants will benefit from overall profiling of your company in the market, networking opportunities, as well as showcasing the success of your Japanese operations within your organization and to peer group companies.

If you wish to nominate your company for the Deshima Business Awards, we invite you to present a brief introduction of your company and a short explanation of why your company would like to participate. We kindly ask you to complete  “participant request form” and return this before May 31 to the NCCJ secretary. This form can be also found on NCCJ’s website.
