On Tuesday 31 August, a seminar took place for a select group at AKD, focusing on the complicated matters of Mandatory Disclosure (DAC6). We would like to specially thank AKD for the smooth organization and for the explanation of such a technical topic. It was difficult, but interesting!
This event is for Dujat members only. If your company is member of Dujat and you did not receive the invitation, please contact our office. |
As of now, a negative test is not required to attend this seminar, but please be aware that this event will take place according to the measures of the government regarding COVID-19. We will ask you to keep a safe distance from other attendees and follow the rules and guidelines given by the staff. We also kindly request to refrain from attending if you experience any symptoms of the virus. We will inform you if there are any changes regarding these measures. |
Together with AKD, we are pleased to welcome you to our Mandatory Disclosure (DAC6) Seminar. This seminar will be held in The Edge in Amsterdam on Tuesday, 31 August.
The OECD Action Plan on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) triggered new obligations for tax payers, requiring them to disclose certain tax/legal arrangements. This has resulted in the DAC6 regulations. In this seminar, we will update the participants not only on the main provisions of DAC6, but also address the most common misconceptions about DAC6 and explain why virtually all companies are likely to be impacted by these rules, one way or another. |
