The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic had huge consequences on various sectors. Not only production companies and retail, but also the real estate market is affected. There are contradictory messages about the real estate sector, so people are wondering about the influence on the rental prices.
Can we expect lower rental prices, because companies need less space and there is an abundance of empty office buildings? Or are companies looking for new opportunities and searching in popular areas where the rental prices are rising again. CBRE, the largest real estate agencies in the world, will give an overview of the actual situation in the Netherlands.
During the panel discussion, experts of Asunaro and Solved will give answers to your questions about the influence of hybrid working on the real estate market and the development of the rental prices of expat houses.You can also already submit your own questions before the seminar.
Daiwa House Europe, a recently in the Netherlands established Japanese company will give a testimonial about their experience with real estate in the Netherlands.
After the seminar, a big networking reception will take place to celebrate the new year, with speeches from H.E. Mr. Horinouchi, Ambassador of Japan to the Netherlands, and Mr. Poppens, Mayor of Amstelveen.
