Recruitment: Finding your employees
Nippon Recruitment will give a presentation about the effects/impact of the Dutch employment law on recruitment, with example cases relevant to Japanese companies. They will further provide insights for the companies to adjust to the current Dutch job market and new normal of post COVID time in order to make better decisions on recruitment.
Retention: Keeping your employees
HVG Law LLP will present about employee retention from an employment law perspective. In the current economic climate, employee retention has become an essential factor for many companies.
A good employee retention strategy may reduce turnover and ensure a sustainable organization. What are important employment law considerations with respect to employee retention? They will briefly discuss employee benefits, such as working from home, holidays an leave and specific retention benefits. Furthermore, they will discuss the use of non-competition clauses and the contemplated changes in the legislation in this regard.
Q&A and Networking
Of course there will be room for questions, both in English and Japanese during the Q&A. The event will be concluded with a networking reception.
