The Dutch government announced the extension of Temporary Emergency Measure for the Preservation of Jobs, NOW. While the basic principles stay the same, a number of conditions have been changed in NOW 2.0 including the prohibition on payments of bonuses and dividends as well as the purchase of own shares. During this webinar, an expert from AKD will provide the latest developments on NOW and will answer to your questions. |
