A Japanese M&A lawyer, a Japanese corporate finance advisor and a Dutch M&A lawyer are pleased to share with you their past experiences, new investment opportunities and practical tips & tricks when considering or making investments in the Benelux.
The seminar will consist of two parts; first a general presentation by each of our three speakers during which they give their view on the current M&A market, the challenges and the developments. The second part is a panel discussion with the three speakers moderated by Erwin Rademakers, M&A partner with AKD.
Each of the professionals will discuss relevant M&A topics from their own profession, experience and jurisdiction; an interesting combination! The M&A/joint venture process in the Netherlands and Japan will be explained; our speakers will focus on the similarities but, even more important, the differences.
The speakers will discuss the pitfalls and also how to avoid falling in these pitfalls. The speakers will use examples from their own practice and they will give you practical tips and tricks.
