Dear Friends of Dujat,
First of all we would like to wish you a prosperous and above all healthy New Year for you, your family and your company. The year 2021 is the year of the Ox, let us all hope this year will be much better than the previous year.
Most of us continue to face challenging times, but we are confident that this year the pandemic of COVID-19 will fade away as a result of the vaccination operations all over the world. This will also allow us at Dujat to resume our normal programme with live events and opportunities for our members to meet and greet in person, and to organize our trip to Japan in October.
Our first event we have scheduled this year on January 25th is the New Year Kampai. As we all know at this moment the Netherlands is still in a “lockdown situation” that will last until January 19th. According to the latest information we received it is most likely that this measure will be extended until the end of this month. Under these circumstances, unfortunately, we hope that you can understand that we just cannot organize our New Year Kampai on January 25th.
The good news is that we can reasonably expect that the overall “Covid related” situation will improve over the coming months. We are committed and promise you that, as soon as this is possible, we will organize a “Welcome Back Party” for our members. So hopefully sometime in Spring we can meet each other again in person after all these months. We will follow the developments closely and keep you posted.
Until that time we will continue to organize events online. Our first important event will be the second Brexit webinar, scheduled on January 27th. The invitation for this event will be sent out soon.
In the meantime, we wish you all the very best and we also want to thank you for your understanding and continued support.
With kind regards,
Luc Houben Christa de Kemp
