On Thursday 8 May, Dujat members traveled to the province of Groningen in the Northern Netherlands, for an event with N.V. NOM. We had the privilege of visiting Kikkoman Foods Europe in Hoogezand-Sappemeer, where we heard more about the famous soy sauce and the key to their success, and we enjoyed an interesting tour at their factory.
After a networking lunch at Kikkoman, we continued to Groningen Seaports Nijlicht, where Gerwin Mennega, Business manager Groningen Seaports first gave a presentation, followed by Deborah Goeree of New Energy Coalition, who gave a detailed presentation about HEAVENN: H2 Energy Applications in Valley Environments for Northern Netherlands.
For most attendees it was a long drive but definitely worth it. Thank you very much to N.V. NOM for hosting this event, to Kikkoman, Groningen Seaports and New Energy Coalition for the wonderful organization, and to all who participated!

We are pleased to start our programme with a morning visit to Kikkoman Foods Europe in Hoogezand-Sappemeer. After a word of welcome there, they will give us a plant tour, which is followed by a lunch.
After the lunch, we will depart to our next location: Groningen Seaports Nijlicht. From 14:00, we will start off the programme there with a presentation about GSP, harbour and hydrogen by Gerwin Mennega, Business manager GSP. Then, Deborah Goeree of New Energy Coalition will present about HEAVENN: H2 Energy Applications in Valley Environments for Northern Netherlands.
The event will be concluded with drinks and networking until 16:00. For this visit we have limited space so we recommend to register as soon as possible. Hope to see you there!
