[2026-02-11] Baker McKenzie Seminar – Navigating Dutch and International Business Transformations

It was a pleasure to organize a seminar on Navigating Dutch and International Business Transformations, together with a team of experts at Baker McKenzie in Amsterdam. It was an insightful afternoon filled with valuable perspectives and practical takeaways.

Throughout the program, we explored key developments in international acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, EU rules on products, ESG and AI, employment law, talent mobility and AI. We also discussed how organizations can successfully navigate these challenges and keep pace with the evolving business landscape.

A big thank you to the Baker McKenzie for hosting such a wonderful event, to the presenters for contributing to such an engaging knowledge exchange, and of course to all members of Dujat who joined.

This event is for members and invitees only.

We are pleased to invite you for a seminar hosted by Baker McKenzie at their office in Amsterdam, on Wednesday 11 February.

At this seminar, experts from Baker McKenzie will offer insights on acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, sustainability compliance, governance frameworks, and employment law for Japanese companies with operations in the EMEA region.

They will do this by organizing three different interactive break-out sessions. Attendees may choose which topic they would like to focus on.

In the end, all participants will gather again for a plenary session with a panel and key takeaways, followed by a networking reception.

Please feel free to join this seminar or forward this invitation to your colleagues who may be interested. We look forward to welcoming you!
