Peter Spaans has a master degree in aeronautical engineering and a master degree in business administration. Currently he is completing his PhD in energy economics. Peter has 12 years of work experience in project management, contracts and construction management for turnkey EPC projects in The Netherlands and abroad (Shell Exploration & Production). He also has 8 years of work experience in business/ management consulting (Ernst & Young Advisory) and has advised major Dutch and European energy companies, both in the Netherlands and in Europe. The current role of Peter is to lead Ernst & Young’s Power & Utilities sector in the Netherlands and Belgium.
