On Tuesday 12 March we organized the Synergy for Sustainability event together with Fujitsu, ROM Utrecht Region and Earth Valley. We look back at an inspiring afternoon with many participants, highlighting the importance of sustainability and the need for collaboration.
It was an honor to welcome Utrecht Alderman Susanne Schilderman to deliver the opening speech, setting the stage for engaging pitch presentations from Mitsubishi Elevator, Neurolytics, and Nowhere Art Space / teamLab Inc. from the ecosystem of ROM Utrecht Region and Earth Valley.
Central to the event was “Fujitsu Uvance,” the global solution of Fujitsu dedicated to sustainable digital innovation. Showcasing advancements in quantum computing, computer vision, and blockchain with tex.tracer, they are driving sustainable solutions forward.
The event was concluded with a sustainable food festival. We extend our gratitude to the teams of Fujitsu, ROM Utrecht Region and Earth Valley for making this event possible.

Together with Fujitsu, ROM Utrecht Region and Earth Valley, we would like to invite you for our event “Synergy for Sustainability” to learn more on sustainability, to be inspired through real life business examples and to network, on Tuesday 12 March in Utrecht.
The target year for achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is 2030. In 2021, Fujitsu unveiled their new global business brand “Fujitsu Uvance” to create a sustainable world and resolve social issues through digital innovation. During this event they will showcase their innovations with a presentation and various demonstrations.
Besides Fujitsu, ROM Utrecht Region and Earth Valley will join this event, with an opening speech by Deputy Mayor Susanne Schilderman, and pitch presentations from various businesses in the Earth Valley ecosystem.
Building an ecosystem that promotes greater collaboration between governments, companies and individuals is now more urgent than ever, and with this event we will showcase how this is achieved in the Utrecht region. We hope to see you there!
